Mission Community Outreach Center 

We provide clothing, housewares, and hygiene items to families and individuals every 60 days. Every 30 days families can receive infant care items such as diapers and wipes for infants through age 4. All of our services are FREE and ID is not Required.

Our Sister’s Closet

Offers 90-minute appointments focused on outfitting a client with items to help them feel beautiful, boost confidence, and support achievement of personal and professional goals. On average, each client receives between 3 to 5 outfits, plus shoes, makeup, accessories, and personal hygiene products, as they are available.

Bus Pass

Regional Veterans Service Center

Emergency assistance geared towards sustainable positive outcomes for eligible veterans — gas vouchers or bus passes for transportation to work, medical appointments and education. (Services provided based on need and emergency.) Income verification needed. Veterans must have lived in Spokane County for at least 6 months. Veterans must have served 6 months or more and have had an honorable or general discharge.

Spokane Community College's (SCC) Automotive Department Repair Services

Available to students, faculty and staff only. Repairs generally cost nothing, except the price of parts. If there is disposal of liquids, they charge 15 percent of the cost of the new fluids added. (So, if they do an oil change for $15 they would pay $2.25 for disposal.) To request a service repair, you must visit the automotive department secretary in Bldg. 18. There, you complete a waiver and personal information form. This is given to the appropriate instructor, and if the instructor has space for a new project, he or she calls the applicant with an appointment. The primary purpose of any project is for student learning. The car should be 10 years old or newer and must meet the instructor's curriculum. (Repairs may be scheduled out a ways)
