Official Transcripts

If you wish to have your SFCC transcripts sent to SCC, please fill out the Transcript Exchange form.

For your own records, you can order an official copy of your transcripts from Parchment. We no longer use the National Student Clearinghouse. If you are wanting to send your transcripts from SFCC to SCC, you do not need to order a copy of your transcripts from Parchment. When ordering official transcripts, you will be able to:

• Electronically submit the paperless consent form.
• Upload any additional documents (scholarship applications, law school or nursing forms) you would like included with your transcript. *
• Select from up to 4 delivery options. **
• Have order updates emailed or texted directly to you.

 * Not all documents uploaded with an order can be sent with official transcripts.
**Not all delivery options are listed/available for each recipient. Please verify your recipients preferred delivery method before placing an order.

Additional Information

SFCC will not fax official transcripts. Faxed transcript copies are not considered official, nor can confidentiality be assured. At this time, SFCC does not provide an overnight/expediting processing services.

• Requests are processed within 7-10 college business days (delivery time not included).

• In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), records may not be released to a third party without the written, signed authorization of the student.

• Student must present a picture I.D. to pick up an official transcript order.

• Official transcripts are not held for grades or degrees. Current students should verify the status of final grades or degrees by reviewing their unofficial transcript prior to ordering an official transcript.
