If you do not want to submit the grievance form, you can schedule a phone interview or a face-to-face interview instead. To schedule an interview, use the email address or phone number listed above.
Once the DAS Director has received your grievance, the director will review it. The director will contact you to talk about the grievance. The director may ask you for more information, and will talk to you about potential solutions. If you are not satisfied with the director's decision, or if you would like to file a complaint about the director's actions or decisions, you can file an appeal with the Dean of Student Support Services.
