The Counseling Center is located in Building 30, in the upper concourse, room 243. Services available include Destination Eastern, career exploration, four-year transfer, personal counseling, referrals to additional resources, unofficial transcript evaluations, and financial aid degree plan. Classrooms, conference rooms and SFCC administrative offices are also located on the upper level.

The Disability Access Services office (Room 104), and Tutoring Center (Room 115) are on the main level.
