Building 27 is home to the SFCC Physical Therapist Assistant and Occupational Therapy Assistant Programs. Students graduate with an Associate in Applied Science Degree and can immediately enter the job market.

Building 27 is the administrative hub for the Continuing Education and Extended Learning departments for the Community Colleges of Spokane, including the rural centers. This includes the Parent Coop program, and the ACT 2 (Senior’s) program.

Many of the various program classes are held in the Magnuson Building.
