The English as a Second Language (ESL) program at Spokane Community College is designed to serve immigrants and refugees wanting to learn English and prepare for success in their education and careers.
The ESL program features six levels of instruction aligned with state standards in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
ESL-specific software programs support students in computer literacy, and courses are focused on developing job readiness, retention, and advancement in the workplace.
