Tuition must be paid in full by the tuition due date every quarter, regardless of your financial aid or loan status. Your financial aid funds will automatically be applied to your tuition when you register for classes each quarter. The remaining balance on your account can be paid through your student account in ctcLink or at the Cashier’s Office on campus.
Log in to your student account using your student ID (ctcLink number) and password. If you’re accessing your student account for the first time, you need your student ID number that was issued after your application was processed. Then, you can activate your new account by clicking the "First Time User" link below the login screen.
The Cashier’s Office can assist you paying your tuition in a variety of ways. Give us a call or stop in and see us in building 17 during business hours.
Failure to settle your account by deadline, regardless of your financial aid status, may result in a hold on your account. You will not be able to register for classes if your student account has a financial hold.
The Tuition Payment Plan allows students to pay for their college education in three installments, interest-free. The plan covers tuition and mandatory fees for the current quarter.
Students must be enrolled in at least 5 self-pay credits to qualify for the plan.
There is a $30.00 non refundable enrollment fee. The fee is charged each quarter that you apply.
