- Complete a DSS Grievance Form.
- Submit the form to the DSS manager. You can hand-deliver, mail, or email the form.

If you do not want to submit the grievance form, you can schedule a phone interview or a face-to-face interview instead. To schedule an interview, use the email address or phone number listed above.
Once the DSS Manager has received your grievance, the manager will review it. The manager will contact you to talk about the grievance. The manager may ask you for more information, and will talk to you about possible solutions.
If you are not satisfied with the manager's decision, or if you would like to make a complaint about the manager's actions or decisions, you can file an appeal with the associate dean. You can contact the associate dean at:
