Spokane has an airport in the city. The Spokane International Airport (GEG) is modern and convenient and is served by city buses, taxis and other transportation options.
If you are staying with a Homestay family, they will meet you at the airport.
Before making travel arrangements, confirm with your community college when you are expected to arrive on campus to comply with visa regulations. It is also important to finalize communication plans with family and friends, emergency plans and other travel related items. Remember that you are not allowed to enter the United Stated more than 30 days prior to the start of your I-20 or DS-2019.
Immigration rules will require you to report to Spokane Falls Community College or Spokane Community College by the program start date listed on your Form I-20.
