If you plan to earn a bachelor’s degree in business, Spokane Falls Community College is a great place to start.
You’ll complete the first two years of classes required to transfer as a junior into a business program at a four-year college or university. You’ll fulfill general education requirements—such as science and English—while also taking freshman- and sophomore-level business courses in topics such as economics, accounting and business law.
This page contains the information for two different degree programs:
- If you plan to transfer to EWU, your best option is the Associate in Arts DTA degree with an emphasis in Business. EWU and SFCC have agreed that these hand-selected courses will best transfer to a business-related major at EWU.
- If you're transferring to a university other than EWU the Associate in Business DTA/MRP is the right path for you.
Both programs ensure your credits transfer smoothly for a business-related major. Please see an advisor for additional information, and to choose the one that best fits your goals and transfer destination.
Whether you want a career in business administration, accounting, management, marketing or other area of business, this program will provide the foundation you need to continue pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business.
