Administrative Assistant

If you are highly organized and enjoy working with people in an office environment, then a career as an administrative assistant could be an excellent path for you.

In this program, you'll become proficient in computer applications — including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint — and learn the latest communication tools, procedures and practices that are essential in today’s business environment.

Through courses and on-the-job training, you’ll develop skills in written and oral communication, spreadsheets, meeting and travel planning, bookkeeping, calendar management, desktop publishing, office management and survey design. 

Whether you want to work for a small, family-owned firm or large corporation, this degree will prepare you for an important role in any business.
