Community college partners with Neill Public Library to offer free how-to workshops for getting a college education

Thinking of college for yourself or a family member but unsure where to start? Did you drop out of high school and now want to go to college? Do you want to complete college classes while you are in high school?  Start at your local community college instead of a university? Enroll in classes and keep your work and family responsibilities? Get a college degree without getting into student debt?

  • How to Start Strong – 1 p.m. Saturday, April 11, FAFSA (Free application for Federal Student Aid), Running Start programs and associate degrees will be discussed.

  • How to Succeed – 1 p.m. Saturday, May 2, how to get an associate degree and successfully transfer to a four-year university as a junior in college.
