Free Telescope viewing of Jupiter, Saturn, and the Moon on Monday, July 8!  Come view the 2 largest planets in our solar system at their biggest and brightest.  Weather permitting, telescopes will be set up on the lawn in front of the SFCC Planetarium starting at 10pm.  This is a unique opportunity to view both of these spectacular planets near their closest approach to Earth.  Viewing will be cancelled if it is cloudy.

Public planetarium shows are 1 hour in length with the first half of the show a night sky presentation by one of our planetarium presenters. The second half of the show is a full-dome movie. Please see "Show Schedules" below for dates, times, and movie selection.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for CCS students and children ages 3-18. For the Extended Presentations, tickets are $9.50 for adults and $6 for CCS students and children ages 3-18. We charge per seat so no admission is charged for children under the age of 3 who will "lap sit" with their adult.

The SFCC planetarium is located in the Science Building (#28 on the campus map) and is room 142 near the south entrance of the building.
