(1) LewerMark Student Medical Insurance is required for all SFCC/SCC F-1 International Students. The cost each quarter (three months) is $352.29 for AY 2019-2020 and will be included in your tuition and fee charges upon registration. (2) Minor students can expect to pay $7,650 in Room and Board per academic year. 
(3) The estimated cost for a dependent's living expenses per year is $7,000. 
(4) The tuition and fees above are based on a minimum full-time enrollment of 12 credit hours of academic credits per quarter. The prices are subject to change. Consult your admissions officer for more information. (Honors class fee may be $17 per credit).

If you study for three quarters a year, the total annual cost would be approximately $18,115.83. Studying at CCS will cost approximately $6,038.61 per quarter.

Students can choose to live in an apartment close to either campus, or with an American family in our Homestay Program. The Homestay Program is centrally managed by CCS and offers two options:

  • Full Homestay for minors (under 18 yrs.) $850 per month (includes all meals)

  • Shared Homestay $400 per month (does not include meals)

The cost of living is much less than in Seattle!
