Increase your body awareness, muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Reduce stress, regain range of motion, and manage pain in your muscles, bones and joints through proper breathing and a complete workout that supports physical well-being and mental clarity. Class includes some floor work. Chair modifications are available. A yoga mat, 6-foot strap, two blocks, and a firm yoga blanket is required, a bolster is optional. Fitness Level 1 2 3 4.
